When creating Zone Detail, user can not select Zones Code if the there are more than one of the same zonecode.
The following messages comes up:
"Cannot Focus a disabled or invisible window"
Try creating a new Zone Detail and choose Zone code="Free MSRP SHIP" (ZoneCode=0)
