If you are trying to setup free shipment through Everest, you can not. So Everest free shipping setup is actually not free. When setting up ship rate for free shipping, the system does not recognize that the freight charge of $0.00. The work around is to put 0.0001. If you do not do this, then the shipping will not calculate correctly. As a matter of fact, it will not show up at all. This is not acceptable as it may cause other rounding off errors.

Everest finding:
Tried it on my test system in Everest V5.0.2.2 it was working fine even after providing the 2 decimal accuracy in rates it showes correctly in Everest.
Work Around:
Put .0001 in the document freight charge.
